Fall Parent/Teacher/Student Conferences

The purpose of Parent/Teacher/Student Conferences is to improve upon our home-school connection.  We offer online information through Parent Connect concerning grades, attendance, and discipline.  However, we know that there is no electronic communication that can replace the effectiveness of a face-to-face meeting.  Thank you for attending!

We are looking forward to the opportunity to meet with you and discuss your student’s performance.  Parents may park in the front or back of the building. Report Cards will be available in front of the main gym in the foyer. All teachers will be seated throughout the gym at tables.

Monday, October 24th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Tuesday, October 25th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Faculty and administration will be available to discuss your student’s academic progress.  We use an open house format and encourage you to stop by the high school anytime between these hours. Conferences are intended for a 5 to 10-minutetime frame per teacher. If you need to schedule more time for your conference, please contact the teacher to schedule another date/time to meet. Teachers will be available in their classroom or another classroom.  We encourage you to bring your student with you to conferences!

There will be free FAFSA-filing assistance available to all seniors and senior families, in English and Spanish, both nights of conferences, from 4:00-6:30 on a walk-in basis.  FAFSA assistance will be in the Media Center. The student and the parent(s) with whom the student lives should be there together to apply. The student should bring their Chromebook, and the family should bring all of the tax and financial information needed to complete the FAFSA.   All senior students were given a packet with detailed information about that and further information about filing the FAFSA.

The senior packet is available online here:
